German TV ARD reports today:
A special unit of the Chinese police arrived in Port-au-Prince/Haiti. They will take part on the UN mission in Haiti. They are the first Chinese "blue helmet" in the western hemisphere. On the pic is the flag, which they showed, when they left the plane.J. Patrick Fischer 18 October 2004

Again a mission flag of Chinese peacekeepers. This time a group of 21 policemen, who have been sent to Timor-Leste. The red flag shows several golden Chinese characters.
